The "Green Revolution"

"Green Revolution" brought a new approach to agriculture that made world food production doubled with the extensive use chemicals and farm machinery from 1950-1980. These features initially enormous successful, but no longer appear to be successful because food production failed to keep up with the population continues to grow. Green revolution brought social and political conflicts that has interfered food production in which the large landowners ever become richer and the number of landless poor people increases. Governments and farmers need to find the new method that will better with a look at the overall picture and long-term effects of the green revolution.
